“Very Good, But please Monitor your Concierge Services !”

Excellent 6 night stay. Hotel location close to Nevsky Pr. is ideal. Accomodation and "Côté Jardin" restaurant, very good. Friendly and Efficient reception staff. Only one big disappointment the Novotel Concierge Services, a disaster.

“Standard hotel in good location”

The hotel is very standard, no frills, no thrills. The same is true for the rooms. I would recommend to get a room in the 1st and not the 2nd building. Breakfast is good and you get a reasonable coffee. Location is good, the hotel is located downtown.

“Good location, Very acceptable accomodations”

This hotel is nothing exceptional, small rooms with small furniture, but all you need for a quick business trip. The breakfast buffet is huge and very satisfying. The location is great, very walkable neighborhood, even in knee deep snow! Overall I would recommend this hotel
