We stayed here in March for 4 days. The hotel was in a great location, near to everything. I waned to stay in an American chain hotel due for security, and language reasons. Their concierge service was fantastic. We arranged with them to get picked up at the airport, as our arrival was near midnight. A lovely A class Mercedes... More

We were in Russia in 1996 and went back again early 2014. What a difference a trillion dollars (or more) in oil revenue makes- everything is so much nicer. Not sure why St Pete doesn't get more attention on a world wide stage- it's a first class city largely ignored by travelistas. I'm platinum with Marriott- they put us in... More

This hotel, around the corner from St. Isaac Cathedral, is walking distance to Hermitage, where showing room key allows one to skip the long lines awaiting admission. (You still must pay, naturally.) Staff is friendly and professional. We (spouse, adult son, and I) enjoyed a five-night stay here on a repeat visit to St. Petersburg. This is quiet area, but... More

Fantastic location walkable to all the main sights. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. A very nice stay. Tip: I booked the hotel car to and from the airport and it was prompt, safe and comfortable. About $70 USD which was comparable to what I heard other guests paid for a taxi... More

Stayed at the Marriott Baltic with my Fiancee and her daughter between 4th and 9th January 2014 and was impressed with the hotel and the central location. Staff friendly without being overbearing and the superior room with two twin beds was great. Very comfortable beds, in room tea and coffee facilities provided which is always good. I agree with earlier... More

Stayed there for about 4 nights with a friend. The rooms were suitably comfortable and the staff were always patient and ready to help with our queries. Thanks to the staff who let us check in to the room when we arrived on early New Year's day morning (really needed to rest a little after all that overnight train travel)... More

I stayed 2 nights and chose the package, including one-way transportaion, breakfast per night, 1 day Hermitage museum ticket per stay. The room is clean and not bigger than I expected. Room conditions are also nice, I think only 2~3 years after renovation. The hotel's the most attractive factor is location. If you enjoy walking the street and are good... More

We've stayed at this hotel just for one night but was pleased with attentive attitude and great atmosphere. Location of the hotel is great. Close to the main sightseeings and tube station. We were surprised with a greeting glass of champaign at the reception and various choice of dishes at breakfast. The only one disappointing thing was waiting for the... More

... I would not be staying there. Expensive, and little value for your money, except for the location which is right in the center of St. Pete. Close to many sight-seeings, restaurants etc. Wifi was poor. Rooms small and dark. Breakfast buffet was fine.
