we stayed three nights here ,the rooms were fine and the location is not too bad ,the entrance straight off the street up a stairs ( no lift) and the tiny reception area are not good, there are some good places to eat nearby and the food in the hotel was fine and when we were there the footpaths were being... I wasn't expecting the hotel to be quite as nice as it was for the price that we paid, although we were staying out of season. The room was clean and big with plenty of storage space, the bathroom had a bath and had a strong shower. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the room was very... More

The property is located in a central and key area of St. Petersburg, so that is a definite plus. The front desk staff are friendly, and seem to be happy to help. The rooms are fairly clean and spacious, but that's about where the exciting part ends - you could hear people snoring next door, the beds are very hard,... More

Stayed with two girlfriends for a weekend in February 2014. The hotel is located next to Vladimirskaya metro station that is easily accessible from the Finnish train station in St. Petersburg. Hotel is within a walking distance to Rubinsteina bars & restaurants and main street Nevski. We had a room with an extra bed. Room was clean and cosy but... More

Perfect ! Nice location - just 5-7 minutes walking to the center of this Wonderful City. Some metro stations are around but it's a such pleasure to walk in & enjoy !!! Nice, friendly professional stuff with good English-Very Nice restaurant downstairs-a lot of different small restaurants & cafes around + some small (or may not) grocery stores. Check out... More

Hotel Kristoff at St. Petersburg is first and foremost best located. An electric powered bus (number 5) runs the street toward the Nievski Prospect. which is 7 minutes away by foot. Metro stations on both sides of the street are 3 minutes away. Given the easy and cheap public transportation these are major benefits. The hotel is kept very clean,... More

Very close to Dostoyevsky Metro stop, with a good supermarket near the station. Rooms were clean, bathrooms basic, wifi was very good. Breakfasts was continental, delicious croissants and coffee! We had dinner one evening in the restaurant, and it was fabulous. Order a beer and sample the little fried garlic break sticks that come as a beer snack! Delicious. The... More

Very comfortable, cozy hotel next to vladimirskaya metro stop, very convenient to restaurant and grocery stores. Facilities, fixtures, and furnishings are modern, new and elegant. (The rooms are much better looking than the hotel's pictures!). Reception was exceptionally helpful, with computer access, printing, info, etc. The front rooms overlook busy (!) Zagorodnzy prosp. But the sound insulation of windows is... More

Quiet, clean, spacious. There is individual A/C in a room. Everything works, bathroom is good. Towels could be better though. Wifi signal is good, internet speed is Ok (in a room). Stairs only (no lift). Good location. Nice restaurant on the 1st floor.

Excellent location, big room (double bed + extra bed), nothing to complain about. At first the room was really hot but the air conditioning did its job. Breakfast was sufficient and there was always somebody in the personnel who spoke English.
