Got standard room, very basic, with 3 single beds, not possible to sit at the desk because their was no seat and the 3rd bed was positioned right against the desk. Had some troubles at the reception when checking in - about 45 min ! Booked business room, but somehow this had been cancelled and transferred into standard - resistance... More

Location of the hotel is far from the metro, but you can go there by tram or bus in 10 minutes (tram or bus costs 25 RUB). Single room on 7th floor was in a good condition, renovated, equipped with fridge, shower and small TV, all the rooms have balcony (where you can smoke). Breakfast is good, reception girls are... Booked to stay early Oct 2013 for 2 nights. After travelling for many hours and very tired was horridied to see blood and feceas stains on bedding! Absolutely vile, old creepy hotel. Shower was filthy and disgusting so had to swerve that one. Cheap is one thing but this was really worringly filthy! You have been warned! Should be condemned!!

This hotel is not in the town centre but it does provide a shuttle bus to and from the Moscow railway station. At reception we were charged a "foreigners registration fee" although we had already paid what we thought was our full charge. Not a good first impression. Food in the hotel was poor and there were no restaurants near... More

Bathroom was horrible, interior old and carpets dirty in first room on 8th floor. New management did not change a thing. Room at 9th floor is nice, carpet clean, bathroom renovated. Breakfast is o.k. and included in price. However, additional payment for normal room is a foul trick on the customer.
