We were at the Moscow Hotel as part of a group… And our group was only one of many, many groups at the hotel - all fighting for their daily food at the cavernous hall with music and noise. The hotel has a very good location with metro station and 24-hour supermarket practically in the building. The rooms are nothing... More

This is a very large hotel with good location. The room is very basic and clean. Long corridors to walk. Breakfast was served in a big hall with lots of guests. Breakfast was ok, but not fantastic. Reception was cool and business like, no smiles.

I stayed at the Moscow Hotel as part of a group trip organized by Explore UK. I would describe the room as barracks. It had a small narrow soft bed with scratchy threadbare towels (one large, one small) and an old fashioned hair dryer. I had booked a single but had the pleasure of sharing my accommodations with silver fish... More

Very good value for money. Large but very poor breakfast. no toast in the XXI century? No fresh orange juice? no ham? Very nice service and location, and fast conection to the airport. Close to the city center by 10 min metro.

Here we had the worst brakfast ever. Nothing was possible to eat. The sortiments were poor and each were tasting awfull. The staff members were unfriendly and at times rude. Regarding the room was small, smelly bathroom, and the most "interesting" was a very old (from 80's) radio that was hanged with nails on the wall. It was not functioning but... More

Ok this hotel is HUGE! But its all quantity and very little quality... PROS Nice view of the river Neva. 24hr supermarket attached to the Hotel. CONS Rooms are unimpressive and musty. Water from the tap has a metallic smell. Breakfast is very basic. Too many people at all times, its like a fair at all times. Very long walk from... More

Just left this awful hotel in beautiful Saint Petersburg. This was the choice of the tour company. The rooms were grubby, the rooms smelled and although we stayed four nights, the bathroom was not cleaned. The food was of very poor quality, unappetising and served buffet style in a huge ballroom - a complete free-for-all. Very little cooking was involved... More

The bedrooms are en-suite and comfortable. Negatives: heating hard to control; TV channels mostly Russian; brown water came out of taps. The WIFI signal was weak, but ok. My room came with a small fridge and there is a supermarket underneath the hotel. Breakfast was basic, but did the job. Location is ok. Well outside centre, but Metro station is... More

My bunch of friends and I stayed few days at moscow hotel. Since we were students back that time we didn't care about any luxury. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned. Couldn't ask more for a cheap price
