I am neither cynical nor meticulous ,and I always try to find a good point in every place, but besides the location and being near the bus stop and not very far from st.Petersburg attractions, this hotel has nothing positive. In fact this was the worst place I've ever stayed in.very crowded, not clean ,without any facility .I had a single room which was... Large room and bathroom. Excellent view of Alexander Nevsky Lavra (Monastery). Sub-mediocre breakfast (lowest quality salami, terrible omelette, etc.) with unfriendly clerk at the entrance checking that we were accommodated in the hotel; no refilling of empty trays and pots within tens of minutes; nobody around to ask for refilling; impression of a third-rate canteen. Only 4 lifts for hundreds... More

I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. This a very large hotel that attracts a lot of tourist buses. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, spacious, very clean, very comfortable beds and a great shower. Buffet breakfast (separate from bus tourists) offers a bit of everything (but never changes). The location is terrific - subway and... More

A nice hotel, rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the food is good, the prices are acceptable. The hotel is on a super location, near Nevsky prospect, within walking distance to the city centre.

Best feature of this hotel is its location, since its located at the beginning of Nevsky Prospect. Hotel needs refurbishing, 'cause it is quite outdated. Especially bathroom. Water from the pipes had very bad smell. Breakfast was very poor, even basic things like jam and butter were poor. Room was clean, we had no remarks. Our room was on 6th... More

Stayed for business. Large lobby, ok rooms, breakfast rich of choice. Location is almost in the centre. Service was good and smooth. Just outside of the hotel are many shops and bars. Restaurant Pivorama in the first floor of the hotel is very good for dinner or business meeting.

The location is great, there is a subway station, McDonald's, a supermarket and some souvenir shops in the very building! It's really easy, quick and cheap to take the subway to the city center (just one stop, a ticket costs 31 RUB). Also the hotel is by the high street of the city, Nevskij Prospekt, so it's not a long... More

This is another huge, edge of city, hotel catering to process numbers of tourists (the lobby is regularly filled with large tour groups) rather than provide individual service. Cases in point: (1) the breakfasts are offered over two floors in a huge ballroom (complete with dance floor) where it's every man (and woman) for themselves, and God help you if... More

The hotel just next to metro station. A 24-hours supermarket located in the shopping mall on the same building by entering from another door. Overall satisfactory. Room was well maintained but looked a bit old. Rate in April 2015 was acceptable.

This hotel is located in the centre of the city and stands on the bank of the river Neva. The hotel is very huge with a lot of rooms on the floor. There is an excellent restaurant with modern furniture and bright atmosphere. Standard rooms are not large, but very cosy with TV and a fridge. There is a bathtube... More
