Hostel is located in the very center of Saint Petersburg. The rooms are quite big and cozy. Everywhere was clean (espacially bathrooms and kitchen). Unfortunately there is no common room but price is worth to go there. Totally recommended!

An hostel like every other. Normal confort, a kitchen with basics accommodations, showers not that confortable. Its price is cheap and its location pretty good (in the main street of St-Peterbourg, near the center). But the main advantage of this hostel is its staff : kind, helpfull, thoughtful and always making themselves available when you need them.

Lovely place with a great location, But we were double booked when we came here. After an altercation, we got our room as promised and ask was good. Confirm your booking and print off the confirmation email to take with you. It may come in handy.

I have been to St. Petersburg for 3-days visa-free trip from Helsinki. There was no problem with booking for Missis Hudson hostel, we were three in one room, lived on Nevsky prospekt (main street in the city) and paid like 7 EUR per one night each. Shared kitchen free to use, two shared showers and toilets. Free WiFi. Recommend that!

I have just returned from Russia and a three night stay in St Petersburg. I was staying with three friends. I would thoroughly recommend Missis Hudson Hostel. The location could not be better - right on Nevsky Prospect, the main street in the city, within walking distance of the Hermitage and Church of the Spilled Blood, and 5 minutes away... More

This place was good. More or less clean and good location. We could also leave our baggage here, since we had to checkout and were leavig St. Petersburg late at night. Wireless somehow did not work for us in our room, but we really didn't need it.

I have stayed at many hostels all over North America and Europe, and I have never encountered issues with booking. I booked with Mrs Hudson Hostel well in advance of my trip for an agreed on price which was actually slightly higher than that listed on their web site at the time. Two weeks before my trip, I received an... More

I was very worried beforehand about our accommodation in St. Petersburg since I had never before spent my nights at a hostel instead of a hotel. The worries turned out to be ridiculously vain. The double room in which we stayed with my friend was great. The beds were super comfy and there were nice closets with locks and keys.... More

Thos hostel, quite new, June 2009, has welcomed us for one night only, but that was enough to say they were very kind and the room and shower were clean. And it is well located, on Nievsky porspect, 10min walking from the Moscow train station. I really advise it.
