we stayed here on marriott points for 4 nites....our first visit to SP.... we loved the location beside the river, but disliked the fact that every restaurant almost was a 10-15 minute walk....there was a good new restaurant just across the road that the conceirge did not even know about....conceirge services were stiff, not too friendly and lacking, imo... hotel... more

The Courtyard by Marriott was very nice and clean room were new and clean with large bath tub. Its a brand new hotel , staff is very friendly and they all speak english well. This hotel opened in October and looks like the front desk staff are still being trained. A bit slow. Having said that, by Russian standards the service in this hotel is good and the bar staff and concierge in partic were really helpful and friendly.
