This is the place to stay if you want a standard European Style hotel room. Good beds, rooms are quite spacious and the location on Nevsky is excellent. Close to the major transport hubs and tourist attraction.

Upon arrival, the stairwell is disgusting, dirty, carpet thredbare, even the balustrade up the stairs is missing in parts. Stayed 3 nights. The location is very good on Nevsky Prospekt only 5 mins walk from Gostiny dvor metro station. It is however difficult to find with entrance from Karavannaya str. 11.
