Dust in jacuzzi! I can't believe it, but it's true. If you want to visit spa, you have to go throw the 1 floor (reception). So everbody can see you in the robe. (( more

fabulous decor, immaculate rooms, Ermenegildo Zegna toiletries, comfy but slightly creaky bed. very helpful staff. 24 hour restaurant. only downside is expensive and limited breakfast, not included in price - about £30 for buffet! more

This is the third time that I have stayed here. It is a good hotel with excellent rooms and the staff are always helpful. The rooms are modern with everything you need and spotlessly clean. The hotels in Russia are outrageously expensive. This hotel was the perfect combination of location, value, and solid 4-5 star hotel. We travel extensively and this hotel proved to be a great find. I know this is Moscow and hotels are VERY expensive, but I couldn't believe how much 2 nights cost us in January. This is a gorgous hotel but you're really paying for it! My wife and I had a very pleasant five night stay in a Junior Suite. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the location, the staff and facilities. We look forward to returning with our family, this time staying in a One Bedroom Suite. more

As with most good hotels in Moscow, this one is pricey but well worth it.
