Great hotel, had a business like ambience about it. A little out of the city but the metro is only a short walk away. The staff were very helpful, happy and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are moderate, clean & tidy, but what more do you need. Your going to spend your time sightseeing anyway. Breakfast & room service... more

My daughter and I found the hotel to be extremely clean. The staff both at reception and in the dinning room were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was well presented with plenty of choice and the chef excelled himself with the evening meal. The room was "quaintly" furnished... more

This was my first trip to Russia ever. I found this hotel through tripadvisor and must say I was happy with my choice. Although it is a bit far away from everything Moscow´s great public transportation system will get you to where ever you desire in no-time. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me as I arrived and... more

It's not right in the centre (5 minutes by bus) but the price can't be beaten for this close to town. Free parking or 2 mins to bus route into town.Very good breakfast included in price. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. We had great views out over the hippodrome and the rest of the city. more

First of all there is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. A spacious lobby, very friendly and helpful staff that all speak good English and will arrange taxts for you and offer advice. The rooms were fine and had a good view over the racecourse (we were on the top floor). The curtains were super thin though which let in... more

Just returned from a business trip to Moscow. Having stayed at some other hotel in the past (Maxima chain), I was very very impressed with this hotel. The staff speak good English, and are genuinely helpful and kind - something that is quite rare in Moscow. For the money, I don't think you can do better. The breakfast was only... more

Nice basic budget hotel but far from city center. The hotel is very far from the Moscow city center and only good for those with a tight budget that cannot afford to stay closer. The staff itself is relatively friendly compared to other Moscow hotels and the room itself is very clean. My room had a very nice view of... more

Simple hotel near public transportation. 20 min. from Cremlin. Helpful and kind staff. The hotel should reserve some rooms for non-smokers clients. more

Sure, it's not a bad hotel, the Bega. It's a 3-star, and pretty much lives up to western expectations of a hotel of that rating. Plenty has been said on the location of this place in other reviews. I booked it on the understanding that it's nowhere near any metro, so I just got taxis everywhere. If you're planning to... more

...really worth staying in. My wife and me travelled to Russia by car and headed towards Moscow down from Veliky Novgorod via the M10 motorway. Entering Moscow from the Northwest, the hotel is easy to access as it is located close to the Leningradsky Prospekt at the Begovaya Alleya. As we didn't either want to be too far from the... more
