This hotel is at the heart of Moscow, walking distance to Kremlin, saved a lot of money from cab and metro. The staff were prompt and courteous, tasty free breakfast but free wifi only in the lobby. They let use the cloakroom to dump our luggage for 3 days, after we checked out while we visited St. Petersburg.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The location is really good, walking discance from the Red Square, and the other shopping / night life streets of the city center. Room was superb. Very large, big bathroom, international tv channels. The hotel lobby is stunning the staff is really helpful and professional, and there is always a "taxi" desk to... More

I visited this place in march 2015 and I loved the fact that you could move access the main attraction ... red square, gum, arbat street, horse riding school, pubs , restaurants and marketplace even on foot. That's important as the city has a lot of traffic and you get the feel of any place best on foot :)

This hotel is tucked away from the noisy and busy streets but is located really well for tourists who want to venture around the sites of Moscow on foot. St Basils, The Kremlin and The Red Square are all close. We arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel which I would recommend. Whilst the Metro stations are not... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during a long week-end visit to Moscow. We chose this hotel because of its position close to the main tourist attractions. The Kremlin, Red square, Gum, Lubyanka square etc. and also because of its relative closeness to the Metro system. It is difficult to envisage where somewhere is and distances to other... More

This being my second trip to Moscow I specifically asked my company to book me a room here after enjoying it so much the first time. As on the last visit I found the staff to be very friendly. This ranged from the lovely lady working in the Lobby cafe, the Flat Iron restaurant, Front Desk and of course not... More

Great hotel close to the city center. Free wifi only at lobby or you can pay for it to have in your room. Very tasty breakfasts. Very close are a lot of bar, cafes, shops and restaurants. Very clean and rooms with big beds.

I stayed here for four nights for business in room 402. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking distance to Red Square and other tourist sites, and at quite a good rate with the new $/ruble situation. Breakfast was included, and was quite good, with an omelette bar and the usual beads and pastries, fruit, meats, and... More

a clean, well equipped and perfectly adequate hotel. Polite and helpful staff, but slow service whenever we went to reception. Expensive breakfast. We bought from the supermarket down the hill on the way to the Kremlin and ate in the room. Alternatively the Coffee Bean cafe just round the corner is very good for breakfast or late night cakes and... More

You get a nice room for the price. Smelled smoke in the bathroom though. The gym area in the basement was a nice addition. Nice facility overall. Felt like if the people in the reception did not really want to interact and were bothered by the fact that we could not speak Russian. Even though the staff in the reception... More
