We had a problem while in Moscow which appeared almost insoluble but the very pleasant helpful customer relations officer quietly and efficiently fixed it for us when our travel agent couldn't. I can't more highly recommend Elena and the reception desk staff. As well as that we found the restaurant staff attentive and friendly and the service was very good.... more

We were there in September and enjoyed our trip so much! We really recommend the hotel to all travellers. It's only a few minutes walking from the underground and there are 3 lines within one station. Lots of museums, shops and places to eat out nearby. Great staff, good service. Impressed! more

A trendy place. I work in advertising - thier unusual design is quite soothing for my taste. I wish I could meet the designer to share my views on this hotel.
