Located in one of the Stalinist era iconic skyscrapers one cannot help but imagine wonders inside. The reality suffers. The hotel itself is typical modern Hilton but not very well organised nor particularly welcoming. The location is inconvenient for most activities, but is quiet. We left the room at 10:30 am in the morning and came back at 4:45 pm and the rooms were not cleaned. This was not the case with just my room but with four other rooms....will not recommend this hotel just because of the housekeeping.
