In general very good hotel Hilton standards, staff speak many languages and very helpfull. Very nice selection of buffet for breakfast and fresh squezed orane juice. Far and away the best hotel I have used in Moscow. By any yardstick this is one of the finest Hiltons I have used. They offer an airport pickup which actually works. The lobby experience is quite splendid; on arrival, a big Russian doorman swings open a tiny but heavy oak door, in you go and whoosh there it is.... more

This Hotel opened recently in one of the old Stalin buildings. Stopped on Executive Floor. Rooms very high standard and all felt very new as it is. Exec lounge staff very good. Service in the Hotel restaurant was very slow. more

This is a historic hotel totally remodeled several years ago with impeccable service from all departments-housekeeping, room service, restaurant, executive lounge, etc. We were staying for more than one month with a middle size dog and every day, every single day, we enjoyed our stay in this palace! Very nice hotel. Great Breakfast. very new property with nice accomodations. rather far from all the great places to visit in Moscow like the Kremlin, Red Square. Service is very good (with an exceptions with a couple of staff members at the Front Desk where there was absolutely no desire to help and rather careless attitude ). Very Clean Hotel.... more

This is an impressive hotel in many ways. The building itself is classic Stalinist architecture. Its really good when you come out of the metro and have no idea which way to go because you just walk around til you see the tower! Inside it has been completely rebuilt.
