I liked the hotel. I didn't have any problem with the staff, every time I needed they talked to me in a perfect English. The room was great, big and clean. It's a pitty that the hotel is far from the Red Square, but there is a metro station right in front of the hotel. more

The hotel has a strip club inside so each night you have to see the girls wondering arround the lobby. We stayed here because there was a business exhibition near. It was pricey, full, and not great. The lobby was full of prostitutes all night, which was a little unnerving. I would stay again only if it was chosen by someone else. There are many nice hotels in Moscow, and the Metro allows easy travel all over. more

I was so worried about this hotel after reading other reviews but we had no problems. We were given a 'No Smoking Room'. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite even though they're not smiling at you all the time. So if you get a bad room ask for another as there are good rooms out there! more
