Great place. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Only let down were noisy neighbors for the first night of my stay. I stayed for a business trip, and I hope to stay again. I did not notice many families with small children...not sure if it is the time of the year, or if it isn't family friendly.

Cozy and beautiful lobby interior! Wonderful view from the room on Moscow river! Relaxing SPA area with huge swimming pool! Great hotel with very nice and professional staff! Great service from reservations department to cleanliness in the room, all spotless. Even the cleaning ladies in the lobby next to the lifts are smiling and greeting in English!

Have been in this Hotel for the first time. Nice room but unfortunately no coffee/tea making device. It is so huge, that sometimes I had trouble to find my way. Nice service @ the Lobby Bar. Decoration is spectacular with the reminiscences of the communist times. They have a wonderful flotilla of riverboats.
