Never again. I was charged more than $500 per night for the worst Radisson SAS I have been in my life. Out of date facilities, worn out upholstery and furniture, dirty room. Simply outrageous. Wi-Fi did not work, air conditioned did not work. I have travelled a lot and stayed in worst places but I have never felt so cheated.... more

My work have put me in this hotel twice now and I'd have to say I won't stay here again. I think the hotel was built in the early 90s and it doesn't look like much has been done since (dusty fake flowers etc). My major gripe with this place is that it feels more like a shopping mall than... more

It's not too far from the Airport - about half an hour maybe more - It didn't seem like we were in the cab too long. NO ONE SPEAKS A WORD OF ENGLISH - So make sure work has a driver pick you up. This hotel is used by business people - I didn't see any holiday makers. The rom... more

I have just returned from my first business trip to Moscow, and I chose this hotel on the basis of its location and it was the second-cheapest "international-brand" hotel. The Novotel is the cheapest but it is not so central, and Moscow traffic is the worst I have ever experienced. Beware of the extra taxes on the rate (about 20%).... more

It's not in the best location, but the room is clean with WiFi Internet access (which will be FREE from January 2008 onwards), flatscreen TV with CNN, BBC News, BBC Prime, ZDF, RAI UNO and lots of Russian channels. Breakfast was included in my price and provided a good choice. You could go for the fully cooked breakfast (sausages, eggs,... more

I stayed in this hotel for one night and found it to be a typical, large chain hotel, as expected. The staff was ok, not unfriendly but also not particularly friendly, the typical Moscow attitude of people. The room was ok but the hotel felt quite old and a bit worn. What I like best about SAS hotels is that... more

Oh what a miserable hotel is the Radisson SAS Moscow. I like the word used in the review below: GRIM. We managed to secure a special rate of around US$160 (travel industry rate), but given the normal rate is north of US$600/night, this is highway robbery, even by Moscow standards. Location. The location is not in central Moscow, however on... more

As you may have guessed from the other reviews, this hotel is a massive disappointment and rip-off. ALL hotels in Moscow are hugely overpriced, but the Radisson is not only hugely overpriced but in a bad location, tatty and resembles a 1980s conference centre. Beware of all the extras in this hotel....the internet, the phone, the breakfast, the mini-bar, the... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. The lobby is shared with a very dodgy conference centre so, as a woman, I did not feel safe. The breakfast is nasty - not even any fresh fruit and the whole experience felt cheap and nasty - but the price was high. The room was Ok but had a 3* feel - when you... more

Like most four star hotels in Moscow this is an overpriced hotel trying to suck off as much money as possible from its guests on top of the outrageous room rate. The hotel all right in general: small clean bathroom and room with an ok location. At the same time it has all the following flaws: outrageous breakfast price, no... more
