I stayed in this hotel for a month during May and June on business. It is a well presented hotel and the rooms are very large! Even if the water that comes out of the taps in the bathroom is yellow! It took a bit of getting used to!They are decorated to a reasonoable standard and are cleaned very thoroughly... more

Owing to a mix-up in our tour arrangements, the party of 16 elderly tourists from Cape Town was left high and dry. However, the 2-day stay at the Iris Congress Hotel was very pleasant compensation, in that we had tasty and well-presented food, and very comfortable and clean rooms. Kontantin at reception singlehandedly and with remarkable efficiency and savvy arranged... more

Stayed at the hotel for one night. In general liked the hotel. The room is spacy and renovated, bathroom is clean. The mostly disliked the following - the restaurant for breakfast is situated just near the reception. It is not very pleasant there to eat. One more diapponting thing , after checking-out I wanted to leave my rucksack in the... more

Honestly, Aeroflot picked the hotel. Oddly, it took 70 minutes to get to the hotel from Sheremeteyvo, but only about 20 minutes to get back to the airport. It was clean, open, well appointed and the staff was attentive. Dinner was only average, but breakfast very good. The bed was very comfortable, the room warm and shower next morning hot.... more

I would agree with all the other contributors on the quality of this hotel. However, the Moscow traffic was terrible and on one occasion it took our coach two and a half hours to get from the city centre back to the hotel. You really need to go in by metro, but it could even take you up to half... more

I paid for 2 nights but actually ended up staying another 2 I could not fault anything at all and spent time looking ........... more

Moscow: Iris Congress Hotel Date: July 1, 2007 until July 5, 2007 Comments: This was my first trip to Moscow and the staff and hotel at the Iris Congress was excellent. All staff that I spoke were well versed in both English and Russian language. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and an added bonus was the buffet... more

This is a large hotel that is run upto western standards. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Reception is manned 24hours and the staff are all helpful. With a nice bar and restaurant. It also had a small pool and a small gym downstairs off reception. The hotel is obviously set up to cater more for the business man... more

This hotel is the best value I have found in Moscow. Nice rooms - service up to Western standards - and rooms for less than $100 per night It is out of the city - about 20-30 minutes to Red Square in Moscow traffic A taxi to the centre should cost maybe $12-15 - there is a free shuttle bus... more

I stayed in this hotel between the 10-14th March 2005. I was very impressed with what I received for my money. I paid approx. £60 ($100) for a double room, with double-occupancy. The cleanliness of this hotel was extremely high, the facilities were wonderful as well. A small yet, modern and new gym, sauna, solarium area is very nice indeed;... more
