Stayed two nights on a business trip. This is nice hotel but I would not rate it a 5 star. Rooms are clean. Don't use the phone for calls. I got charged 350$US for a 25 minute call to Canada even though it said 6 roubles/minute in the binder. Breakfast buffet was alright but way too expensive at 1300 roubles. I satyed in the Golden Ring during my business trip and for sure it is very good hotel with high quality services. Staff is friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable. Overall impression is positive and I want to come back there in the future. more

Moscow being the most expensive city in the world lives up to its name, as we paid 440 euros (including breakfast) per night. The hotel seems to be frequented by more business people than tourists.
