Nice smaller hotel centrally located. 30 minute walk or 10 minute metro ride to Red Square. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I stayed in this hotel one night on business. The hotel is pretty far from Kremlin, but is next to a major railway station. Rooms are quite outdated and have been long due for renovation. Have not used any facilities due to lack of time, but was generally unimpressed with this hotel. Would not stay there unless had to. more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June 2008 and would recommend it as a good base to explore Moscow. Our room was a good size with all the things you would expect from a Marriott. I stayed at the Marriott Twerskaya last autumn for 3 nights and cannot fault it. Rooms were well equipped and totally clean, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast of good quality. Location is not the best as it takes about 45 minutes to walk to the central areas but there is a metro station nearby. A 5th star might not... more
