Nice hotel for Business and Leisure , near to all the Moscow landmarks. Free wifi was good The hotel needs to be renovated to match the new trends , it looks like the eighties era. Maria from Reception was very professional

by being very "American". Once you walk into the lobby the only way you know you might be in Russia is that there are Matroshka dolls for sale in the gift shop. Yes, the beds were soft, the bathroom and closet areas unbelievably huge. But next time I visit Moscow I will be sure to book a hotel that is... More

On arrival they were a bit concerned about a lost entry paper for registration but as we were only there for three nights it didn't matter. Upgraded to a junior suite which was nice and room service breakfast was timely and tasty. Best touch was arriving back from sightseeing to find a bottle of Russian Champagne and fruit as it... More

English speakers will find this hotel very accommodating and I couldn't ask more from a tourist hotel. Proximity to the center of Moscow, all the great sites, shopping, and good restaurants would be hard to beat. The morning brunch is terrific and the main restaurant is quite good. Morning coffee service in the room was complimentary. The rooms are larger... More

We stayed here several times while we were in Russia for adoption of our four children. The first thing that stood out was the English speaking staff. Made us feel warm and safe. I recommend this hotel for its great location, near Bolshoi, Kremlin and best streets of centre of Moscow. As a tourist, you would probably not even need a car. Rooms are very well equipped (maybe I would add a modern coffe maker machine). Staff is very helpful and friendly and breakfast is rich. Wi-Fi connection is free up to six... More

Our family of 5 (2 rooms) spent the first 4 nights of our trip here. The hotel is beautiful, well-located and the customer service was excellent. Central Moscow is now full of 5-star hotels, and while a few years ago the Aurora might have been near the top of the list, it no longer comes close to that position in my opinion. While the components you would expect to find on a checklist for a 5-star hotel are all there, they do not add up to... More

Very good standard of service. Big rooms and all the things that Marriott excels at are there. Excellent breakfast too. My only gripe is the cost - it's too expensive for what it is, and the extra charges for things like in room wifi are not acceptable when the room rate is this high.
