we booked for a visit with a group of friends and got all the help (invitation letter needed for applying for visa) and information directly from the hotel. Rooms are nice and breakfast top. You can walk to the Red Square and the metro is just 100 meters away. The reception staff all speak English.

Overall this was a good stay in what is an excellent location. Rooms can be noisy with the road or very dark with small windows but they are clean and comfortable. There is free wifi and a gym.
