The hotel is located in a suburban area, 3 metro stops away from red square, kremlin and st basils. There is a supermarket right down the road (5 minutes). The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was average though, staff did appear to try hard and were attentive, even if there English was at times limited. The breakfast room... More

Location is very close to the metro which is 3 stops to main attraction of Kremlin, Red square etc. There are fast food places just outside Maxima as well as shopping outlet just at doorstep. Hotel breakfast was good considering decor in breakfast area needed loads of TLC and updating. Staff in breakfast area were running around in circles, all very... More

This is a very good budget hotel in Moscow. The room size considering the price us great. A very clean and well maintained hotel. Right above the metro station close to a supermarket called victoria, buger king and subway. The reception staff is english speaking kind and helpful. The building of the hotel is shared with a residential building but... More

Location is excellent, not strcitly in the centre but you can gain access in 15 mins, the area is less crowded, and the entrance of the hotel is just located in one of the metro exits. The security is good, have security guard downstairs and you have to use your card to get access to your floor. The staff is... More

This hotel is conveniently located for the underground and is a very average business style hotel. Not spotlessly clean but not vile. Reception staff were reasonably friendly. Do not eat in the bar though as the food is truly awful - it did concern me that it was so cheap. It was the most poor quality processed meat and packet... More

This hotel is in a great location right next to a metro station and only a few stops from Red Square, it is also quite reasonably priced. The room was clean and everything worked how it should, not much character though. The breakfast wasn't great, maybe just not to my taste though! The staff were not massively smiley but spoke... the best thing about this place is location. the doors are almost at the underground exit. in 15 minutes one can go anywhere - the city, the railway stations. apart from that nothing special. i stayed on floor 7. room was clean, and there was a view from the window. teapot and tea/cot ffee available, but no bottled water. 24h... Quick check in with competent English speaker. Spotless room cleaned to an exceptional standard each day. Window could be opened for fresh air. Excellent breakfast. On a direct subway line to city center but not if arriving on mainline train. Useful supermarket very close to hotel. Pancake chain also nearby. Only point to consider is to research location before you... More

If you look at ratings here you may assume its a decent hotel bit four-star decent? No way! Beds are small and hard. First I had a shower wit a blocked drain then the window didn't close properly ( snowing outside) Complaints were solved quickly but that leaves the poor quality of the beds then. No second time for me.

So the hotel is right on top of a metro station that itself is only three stops from the centre of town. But the window was broken, the drains smelled in the bathroom and I wouldn't eat another meal there out of choice. The breakfast was also pricey. Must try harder!
