Everything that could go wrong went wrong Staff showed us all standard rooms, and all of them were the same: dirty walls, heavy mold inside bathroom and in the rooms; leaky lavatories and demolished showers; almost no hot water. When we asked for a room without mold, they suggested us to upgrade and pay for a "designer room"; they refused... More

Oh my god the noise!! This is not a hotel, it's a club with mattresses to crash on. Some nights the music went on till 5am and the staff seemed sarcastic and smug when we mentioned this lack of sound proofing to them. The shower flooded out the bathroom and leaked through the rotted door. This is a cool place... More

We booked this hotel because it was very close to the bolshoi theatre in Moscow. The rooms were like boxes, it was like a prison. I have stayed in hostels and cheap hotels before but come on this one cannot be compared to anything. We could not move in the room because we also had our suitcases but even if... More

this hotel is in a great location, and we booked a transfer from the airport, through the hotel, which was a great idea, as the hotel was down a back street, and unnamed, so we would never had found it.this is not a hotel, more of a hostel, with a 24 hour bar/disco on the 2nd floor(the rooms are on the 3rd... If you need to stay in the red square district, the location is great with a 5 minutes walk to the Bolshoi, metro station or Hyatt and Marriot Aurora hotels. The concept is more artist than boutique hotel, the service is minimum like a poor prisoner breakfasr served in your room with an american cafe, one and only one piece... More

From all the hotels and hostel I have been in different countries and cities, this is the only one I have to leave earlier and look for another place to finish my stay in the city. 1. There is a 24 hour discoteque/pub in the second floor (the hostel is in the third floor). Music really sound in the rooms,... More

Lonely Planet and Tripadvisors disagreed on this one, but LP has never steered me wrong. Honestly, it's a pretty good place if you just go in with the right expectations. It's not a high end boutique - more like a cool hostel with private rooms. The breakfast is fine, not sure what y'all are on about. The wifi is strong,... More

The title says it all. To start with, we couldn't find the place, our Russian coach driver was at his wits ends having driven around the same block for 2 hours. Our room had no windows, so it felt like a prison cell, there was a musty smell about the place and the receptionist was extremely rude. The 2 nights... More

The reviews don't really prepare you -- it is as hippy, as cool and off beat as they say.. But it is even louder than one might ever come to expect. Our room literally shook with each bass beat from the disco below. We were soo tired that we fell right to sleep. We also had our Bose noise reduction... More
