We had a room with a view to Bega river and it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was decent. Wi-fi signal was weak (and totally lost in the most important wi-fi room - bathroom :)) The underground parking is very cramped. Elevator worked from time to time. Furniture in the room was not designed for that room, the door to the... More

This is a nice hotel, very very close to the Cathedral and the Opera House of Timisoara. It is also very close to the main universities of Timisoara so it is quite common that official events to be held here. It has a very nice variety of foods and the rooms are clean and spacious. Also the personnel is very... More

I stayed here twice over the past few weeks. I had decent rates from expedia and booking.com. The hotel has some sort of partnership with Marriott but I was unable to collect points. The hotel was decently priced. Good location for me as it was a short walk to old town and an easy drive from the airport. Parking is... More

I stayed for 2 nights in room 321. The hotel is nice on the inside, the rooms are big and bright, newly redecorated and look nice. Big bathroom. Location is pretty good. Breakfast us decent. Why only 2 stars? The elevator was constantly unavailable, but the real annoyance was the bed. It was straight out of a medieval torture chamber.... More

I will admit that I arrived on a particularly hot day (34deg C) which, I was told, was the first hot day of summer. I will admit that the welcome was warm and friendly. But it was nothing to the warmth of my third floor room! I asked at reception if they controlled the air conditioning but they said "no",... More

Good points - Excellent customer service - Clean with good atmosphere - Fantastic location, only short walk to the centre - Great breakfast - Good value for money Bad points - No response to my email regarding possible airport pick up, not that this was an issue as there were lots of taxis outside the airport - Room was too... I have stayed at this hotel once before, the most recent being April 2014. The hotel has a lovely glass elevator and the reception area is well designed and welcoming. The superior rooms are great as they provide a separate work area, but I actually preferred the standard rooms as they have a small balcony. Though in both instances the... More

I arrived late in the evening for a 3 days stay. Took my room keys and then the nightmare begun. Very dirty room, the trash basket smelled like a dead animal. I asked for a different room and they gived me a similar one. I asked to talk to the manager but no one came. I even said I am... More

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It is a beautiful new hotel. Located very close to the center of town. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is clean, service is very good and the place is well kept. Breakfast was very good, large selection and a cozy place. We recommend the hotel to everyone looking... More
