I stayed here twice over the past few weeks. I had decent rates from expedia and booking.com. The hotel has some sort of partnership with Marriott but I was unable to collect points. The hotel was decently priced. Good location for me as it was a short walk to old town and an easy drive from the airport. Parking is... More

I stayed for 2 nights in room 321. The hotel is nice on the inside, the rooms are big and bright, newly redecorated and look nice. Big bathroom. Location is pretty good. Breakfast us decent. Why only 2 stars? The elevator was constantly unavailable, but the real annoyance was the bed. It was straight out of a medieval torture chamber.... More

I will admit that I arrived on a particularly hot day (34deg C) which, I was told, was the first hot day of summer. I will admit that the welcome was warm and friendly. But it was nothing to the warmth of my third floor room! I asked at reception if they controlled the air conditioning but they said "no",... More

Good points - Excellent customer service - Clean with good atmosphere - Fantastic location, only short walk to the centre - Great breakfast - Good value for money Bad points - No response to my email regarding possible airport pick up, not that this was an issue as there were lots of taxis outside the airport - Room was too... I have stayed at this hotel once before, the most recent being April 2014. The hotel has a lovely glass elevator and the reception area is well designed and welcoming. The superior rooms are great as they provide a separate work area, but I actually preferred the standard rooms as they have a small balcony. Though in both instances the... More

I arrived late in the evening for a 3 days stay. Took my room keys and then the nightmare begun. Very dirty room, the trash basket smelled like a dead animal. I asked for a different room and they gived me a similar one. I asked to talk to the manager but no one came. I even said I am... More

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It is a beautiful new hotel. Located very close to the center of town. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is clean, service is very good and the place is well kept. Breakfast was very good, large selection and a cozy place. We recommend the hotel to everyone looking... More

I didn't expected anything special from this hotel but... this hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with huge bathroom. Diner in the restaurant was not expensive and very good. Breakfast was good. People are very friendly.

The hotel has some pretty architectural details, including a panoramic opening, an indoor panoramic elevator, a nice visible steel structure. The rooms are quite big, with everything you need, in theory, for a 4 star hotel. The underground parking is crap, though. Big mistake in the design. The columns are too many, too close, for a parking. I am structural... More

This hotel have good location next to the park and close to the center very nice breakfast and good service overall, the staff shows a lot of knowledge about the restaurants in town and their recommendation was pin point to the target, the room was very clean and the shower was wonderful and very large. I'm sure that if next... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The property, built in 1935, has always had an air of exclusivity and refinement. Behind the original facades, the rooms are tastefully and sympathetically restored. The interiors are contemporary and have a real sense of style, while retaining much of their original, quintessentially art-deco elegance. ... more   less
