After being told by the daytime staff that room service would be available in spite of weeding having booked the restuarant when we tried to order we were turned away. The daytime staff both in reception and in the restaurant told us it would not be a problem. Being late diners finding out at the last minute was extremely inconvenient... more

The hotel is modern and well located if you have to go to the airport, with a free shuttle service. The air-conditioning in our room was not working and it was a lot hotter than in the lobby, reataurant or even the corridor. We complained and they said they would connect it...After an hour it still wasn't working so we... more
