I have stayed there 6 times in the last 4 years. This time the shower head was broken and I was not given an "early breakfast package" when I went to the airport at 4:30 am. The food in the restaurant was still excellent and the staff quite nice, but I got the feeling they are just letting it slide.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is very well situated in the center Cluj-Napoca, within walking distance to everything. The staff was super-helpful and accommodating, breakfast had variety and an overall good value. Since our room was facing the street, it was a little noisy until midnight. Overall a very good experience, we would stay there again.

The room was spacious ,clean and quiet. Everything within walking distance .Staff worked ridiculous long hours but were most helpful. Only disappointment was the breakfast (not English) with cold fried eggs and german fried sausage as the only "hot" items.

Very early days yet I am impressed with the location and spacious quarters Have just indulged in an excellent sauna and am reassured to have free wifi I find it charming and colonial although I am very easy to please!
