We arrived in Cluj, hoping to stay at the venerable Continental Hotel ( see other trip advisor reviews), but found that it was closed and had been sold. One of the staff recommended the Villa Siesta, which used to belong to the Continental. It is on a dingy side street close to the center of the city. However inside it... more
