The three receptionists we encountered while we spent the week end in Cluj were all amazingly gracious, friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are clean and well kept. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It had an array of delicious possibilities; more like a brunch !
