I was booked into the hotel by the client, whose offices are on the other side of town. Apparently many of the other hotels were booked already this week. And this hotel had rooms...
While it tries to portray itself as a 4-star hotel, I'm not sure why.
There's no sense of luxury or amenities, other than the large room size. The large room has a tiny desk in a dark corner, so here I sit hunched over a side table typing this in. That works out OK, though, since there are no electrical outlets near the tiny desk, and there is one near this side table.
There is no elevator (lift), which may not bother the healthier amongst you. I suspect I'll be healthier when I leave here after climbing to the 4th floor (3rd floor if the ground floor is Floor 0) every day.
There is no stall around the shower. The vanity for the sink is minimal. There are nice robes there. Unfortunately, that's not what I use a lot of in a hotel. The toilet doesn't flush properly...
