This used to be what I considered the top hotel in Iloilo. It is now sorely in need of renovation. The room that I got, while spacious, was unpleasantly dingy. Air conditioning was inadequate, and wifi was not working. Breakfast was edible but was nothing spectacular. Staff was ok but their low morale is evident, probably because of the poor... More

Sarabia is one of the oldest hotel in Iloilo, centrally located and since my last stay had refurbished some rooms already. But the staff on front desk is not firendly, maybe because the air conditioner is not cool. The elevator has been changed, but only one out of two. Room is big an antique style starting with the antique crt... More

Staff was very accommodating and it is easy access to the city. Affordable price and breakfast was good. Problem was with wifi. Not available inside the rooms. Just choose rooms in the 2nd or 4th floors. The third floor was very quiet but we didn't feel comfortable. It was creepy at night.

This hotel is in a central location. The rooms have seen better days. I stayed in the economy room. It was spacious and cleen but the aircon was too hot. Water pressure was weak. Some guests were running around in the hallway and made so much noise. The trolley used by housekeeping made a loud squeeking noise in the hallway.... More

As soon as I walked in and did not get the traditional Filipino smile and welcome, but instead a glare and 'passport please', I had a bad feeling. I arrived in the late evening, and they still did not have a room available for me, so I went out for dinner, and it was ready when I returned. First of... More

We booked a triple-sharing Executive Room at the 5th floor and were very much satisfied with our stay. The room and the toilet & bath were clean. Towels were changed every day. There was enough variety of food in the breakfast buffet -- among our favorites were the adobo and seafood pancit guisado. Their room service food offerings were reasonably... More

Went to this hotel due to its past reputation of being "one of the better ones" in Iloilo City. Unfortunately, we were wrong. PROS: *Located near fairly good restaurants. *Has a pool. (But I have researched now that other hotels have cleaner, newer pools.) *Most of the staff is courteous, but service was not as speedy as expected. CONS: *Hotel... More

The hotel smells and look old already. The lowest corporate rate is P2,000 for a huge room with free breakfast. When you choose the P1500 room it is located in the old wing. The hotel is accessible in the city, and near in SM city or even in schools. I suggest thry to look for a better hotel rather than... More

Flying in from the capital city of Manila to the city of Iloilo very early in the morning Feb. 25 proved to be an eye-opener on how "Walk-In Client Un-friendly" the hotels are in this historic city. I and my two other companions proceeded to the Sarabia Manor Hotel, one of the known hotels in the city, and I was... More
