The hotel smells and look old already. The lowest corporate rate is P2,000 for a huge room with free breakfast. When you choose the P1500 room it is located in the old wing. The hotel is accessible in the city, and near in SM city or even in schools. I suggest thry to look for a better hotel rather than... More

Flying in from the capital city of Manila to the city of Iloilo very early in the morning Feb. 25 proved to be an eye-opener on how "Walk-In Client Un-friendly" the hotels are in this historic city. I and my two other companions proceeded to the Sarabia Manor Hotel, one of the known hotels in the city, and I was... More

We booked at this hotel for our class reunion during the Dinagyang Festival. My class booked the "corporate" rate and we prepaid. I read previous ratings from trip advisor so I brought beddings with me all the way from Cali. Despite this, I was totally unprepared for the room that was assigned to us. Room was uninhabitable, filthy, moldy, with... More

The hotel is centrally located. Perfect location near malls. The rooms are a little run down but comfortable. Breakfast buffet is not good to be honest. Pool is okay but with dirty shower rooms. Just an average hotel.

Experience during my stay in Sarabia is good. Staffs were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Clean and comfortable.A bit more variety for breakfast would be nice, but was still good. Recommended.

Our experience at Sarabia Manor hotel was very good. The room is very clean and spacious and the hotel staff are very friendly. I also commend the guards on duty for their courtesy and help in getting taxi for their guests.i recommend though, to serve more choices of fruits for breakfast. But over-all, it's a nice place to stay.

I have stayed at Sarabia since the early 80s when there was yet ni high-rise, and continued to stay here well after the high-rise came to be. True, there may now be newer rooms in other hotels. But I feel like coming home to Sarabia every so often. The molo soup at the restaurant is also a good excuse to... More

Rooms have roaches, function rooms have rodents and are leaking. Staff just don't know what service means. In my 2-week stay in the hotel, they've only acted on my complaints a day before I left. I discourage anyone to go to this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel during a conference in UP Visayas. The hotel is old and is totally in need of serious renovation. Anyway, let me explain the good stuff we experienced first. 1. The hotel room is spacious and the beds are generally comfortable. Though it has an old smell. 2. The Italian Restaurant just across the hotel, their... More
