For a B and B, it's just an average Inn. Accessible to the big malls of Iloilo City. And it's always fully booked. Perfect for backpackers who wants an accessible stay with in the city proper of Iloilo. Cleanliness is not superb, and the service is also average. I actually stayed here because of my friends who stayed over the... More

You get what you pay for. 580 a night for a "Deluxe Room" for two, but there's really nothing "deluxe" about it, very basic. Hallways and rooms in the lower ground need a little cleaning. (Maybe the rooms on the upper floors are better.) They need to get rid of that old, worn-out sofa. Note that they allow smoking inside... More

Stayed here for one night for my solo trip covering Iloilo, Guimaras, and Bacolod. I reserved a deluxe room with own CR, Cable TV, and air-con for only P495/night. PROs: - Accessible location which is very near SM Delgado and Robinsons - Most of the locals know the Pension House / It is Well-known - Very friendly and accommodating staffs... More

The room was decent sized, but they got the booking wrong. Asked for double beds & got a single instead. They also completely forgot to reserve my friends' room. Rooms were not exactly clean. I found a worm in the shower stall, the toilet paper was old, and the soap bar they had was opened/used. Sheets were threadbare and looked... More

Stayed at the Executive room which are the newly built rooms so it was really clean. It costs around 795 Pesos/night with private t&b, cable tv and aircon. I love its location which is within walking distance from Robinson's. My room had no windows but I'm not complaining. Public transpo also make a stop in front of the building. It's... More

First, I want to say thank you for working with me in terms of adjustments in my flight schedule. We were given the new rooms at the annex so the paint smells. Rooms size is ok and I like their shower area a lot. The Hotel is conveniently located and is very near Robinsons Mall. Receptionist at the night shift... More

Some friends recommended this pension which located at the city proper but I wouldn't recommend it again. 5 floors no elevator, dirty sheets and dirty shower without hot water. I took it just because I have arrived late and didn't find other options. Avoid it if you can

This place is really affordable. I've stayed in this place several times.it's only the facade which looks not attractive since it's an old building, but once u get inside of it,it's totally different. It's beautiful.See for yourself.Book a room and you'll know what i mean. The staff are great. They keep the room tidy everyday and very accommodating. There's different rooms to choose from all...
