Well our stay started off ok i guess. First when we booked a month ago they told us to switch to another type of room. Got there and found out it was smaller than the one we wanted. Ugh. Also the one we thought we were booking at first had a fridge and cooking stuff but we were talked into... More

Stayed overnight in the Family Tourist Lodge which actually has 2 open rooms and six beds for a very reasonable price of P1,000. There are several restos with reasonable prices, too. So, no need to bring your own food, except for some snacks or chichirya. The offered attractions within the resort are varied, and you can choose which ones you like... More

The Canopy Walk is only on weekend open. The rooms are very cold and a adjustment is not possible. The food is alright, but less then a restaurant, the name "food-court" is more accurate. They don't answer to txt messages. WLAN is only available in the food court and very slowly

We visited the resort today, the wall climbing is undergoing maintenance so was not in use, the slide for life was not working, WELCOME to the Philippines !! haha. So we just spent a few hours in the dipping pool (hot spring 38-43 degrees), walked around for a bit with some nice scenery, then left to come back to Bacolod.... More

My friends and I have been planning this trip for months and initially, I booked us for the Tourist Lodge. I don't want to put too much negative here in my review but let's just say that it's a perfect location to shoot horror films. If you're from the Philippines, think Shake, Rattle, and Roll-ish type of scenario. A group... More

Came to visit for a day, did not take advantage of the water theories, I forgot my bathing suit but would definetly recommend other to try. Food is delicious, place is clean and well layed out. Lots of space great for families. I would come back to visit

Location - Good location as it is accessible from Bacolod City via public transportation. Just a tip though, buses are non-air conditioned and will take forever to load passengers along the way. Check-in - Check in was quick. However, only one key is provided. The resort should provide several keys for large groups of guests. Cottage - No TV and... More

This is our second time in Mambukal as a family. We always love the early morning jog, early morning hike and the dipping pool! We went to hike the 7 falls, but because I was frail due to a recent flu, we ended up hiking to the 3rd falls only. But we drove to the 6th falls, and we hiked... More
