The area is big, but with no atmospheres at all, we got a standard room, that cost 1500pesos without promo price, luckily I only pay 700 plus 100 pesos each for pool entrance, so total of 900pesos, but the room was dead, no frames on wall and a ugly concrete floor. it get top dollar for silence, you couldnt sit... This was our 2nd staycation but 1st as a family and since their expansion was completed. Rooms are large and comfortable as well as reasonably priced. WiFi is available in rooms (although as the router is located above reception between the two "wings" the signal in the far rooms is weak) as well as in the restaurant and poolside. Staff... More

My wife and I recently returned to Kabankalan in April and stayed for another 10 days with Zaycoland Resort while visiting family and attending a family wedding. As usual the staff of Zycoland Resort were ever friendly and helpful providing excellent customer service. The locals were also just as friendly and we also had wonderful weather for April. We were... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in her hometown in Kabankalan. The staff was courteous and professional. The restaurant was also a very good value. It was interesting to see how close this hotel and the people of the city cooperate with each other. Using the swimming pools for teaching children how to swim. An entertaining evening. We... More

We were a team from Manila & local office visiting two sugar plants on consecutive days & took a halt after the first days work at this hotel. Very good hotel with an antique car in tip-top condition in the porch (must be the same car in one of the photo shoot of hotel website). A stone's throw away is... More

We stayed for 11 days in the second half of January 2012 and found the accommodation very comfortable. We chose a family room for extra space for family to stay with us. The room was very clean, tidy and fresh with air conditioning and plenty of hot water. Room accommodation included satellite television, telephone system and Wi-Fi reception both in... More

We were hoping to stay two nights but left after only one. The room was overpriced, mattress cover had disgusting white stains, sheets were dirty, no lounge chairs for tanning, no internet available, no coffee/tea in room, floors are cracked and very old, terrible balcony view. Suitable for barn animals only. Only positive is staff very friendly.
