We had read good things about the Acaba resort but it exceeded our expectations. Staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Food is fantastic- Chef Patrick will cater to your every need. The Spa is also a must

This is a small boutique property. Only around 12 rooms. The staff is amazing - take care of everything. They don't have a front desk. They check you in with their "butler service" and take care of everything. I can't say enough about their service team. The grounds - restaurant (extremely good food), pool is nice (infinity), the beach isn't... More

From the moment we arrived , my husband and i knew we had made the right choice. Abaca was everything we expected and more. Our butler Albert greeted us at the airport after a 3 hr delay in our flight. He provided us with cold towels and cold bottled water while waiting for our luggage to be placed into our... More

Stayed here for 4 nights for my sister's wedding and was very impressed with the attentive and responsive service round-the-clock and the high quality of the food. The resort is small (only 9 rooms), but they're well staffed and were quick to respond to all requests (a pot of hot tea, room service, etc). The resort restaurant is highly regarded... More

Having only 6 Suites and 3 Villas, the Resort is very cozy. The staff are all very attentive and always ready to meet any need. There is a Butler service that you can call 24 hours a day. We arranged a boat ride with an independent tour company and the resort went out if it's way and sent a Butler... More

We stayed at Abaca for four nights on our honeymoon. Words cannot describe how amazing the resort and it's staff are. We had high expectations after reading all the positive reviews, and those expectations were exceeded. The rooms are great, the breakfasts are incredible, the lunches and dinners are delicious (Pat the chef - A+), the staff are unlike anything... More

Abaca advertises itself as a boutique hotel and it really exceeded our expectations. There are just nine rooms. The level of service was exceptional with good attention to detail e.g. being handed refreshing towels not just on our first arrival but whenever we got back from a trip; picking up quickly that my wife does not eat meat so that... Nothing much to say, just try and will not disappoint you. To be honest, I do not want write this review worrying that it will get more hard to get a room when needed, but sharing info is the trend. It is the best place for couples and also friends gathering. Easy and prompt access to water sports.

Abaca exceeded my expectation in many ways. The staff were very attentive and super friendly. Because its a small venue the were very personalized. The pool was open 24/7 and the cabanas on the side was super relaxing so is the over all ambience. The amenities were packaged in native holders and very environmental friendly. The food was just wow.... More

I didn't realise that it took me so long to write this review, should have done it sooner. But better late than never! Reviews written by past travellers are very true, that service at Abaca Resort is top-notch! I could not agree more! I don't know how they do it but they just do. Oh, I am absolutely looking forward... More
