I ended up staying much longer than expected but I honestly can not say any more good things about this place. It is one of the best budget hotels and the food is great and the staff are over the top! Everyone always greets me when they pass me and they are all so willing to help. The owners are... More

Okay, I paid probably 20€ for one night - that's cheap -. But what a disappointment ! The room itself did not have any window, looked really cold. The worst part of the experience was the bathroom : dozens of small tiny bugs were running around the sink, the shower was in some parts black from humidity. Luckily enough, the... More

It was October 13th and made a booking for the next day for my fiancee - for October 14th 2014 but forgot that it was already the 14th in the Philippines. My fiancee immediately, within 5 minutes of the booking, called the hnotel to make the change to the following day. They refused, knowing I was about to lose my... More

The hotel is located in an older part of Cebu. So, for the most part, the environment is grubby and dirty, with lots of people wandering about. It's well located near the the ports though. The hotel itself is an average establishment. Rooms are reasonably sized and well appointed. Bathrooms are clean and recently renovated. Bed sheets could do with... More

A relatively new hotel. Taxis could locate it if you mention it's beside La Fortuna bakery. They bake fresh daily which you can bring back home as Pasalubong. It’s the most affordable hotel located in the heart of downtown; walking distance to Sto. Niño Church, Magellan's Cross, DFA, department stores & wet market . Also a few minutes to Fort... More

For a backpacker this was a very nice hotel located in the downtown area only a few mins in a taxi to dock number 1 for the ferry to Bohol island. We stayed here for one night after arriving in Cebu city at the airport in the evening, we got the ferry to Bohol the next day. The city looks... More

Great place, affordable, friendly staff, short walk away from the shops and church. breakfast is simple, but pretty good. Lunch is a lovely buffet on the ground floor. Though, the rooms are a bit small and the halls are narrow for big luggages. Other than that, great place!

My friend recommended me this Hotel as my second trip to Cebu City. The Hotel is very clean and you can feel security leaving your things in your room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. If you would like to eat Chinese foods then it is only beside the Hotel. I loved my stay in the hotel because cheaper things... More

It was my first time to be in the hotel, to be in the location as well. Although the "environment" outside is not really pleasant, once you get in the hotel, you would feel like it's completely a different place! From their facilities, interior designs, Hotel Fortuna is such a great place to stay. The hotel itself is secure, and... More

Stayed at Hotel Fortuna for 2 days. It's a great hotel, for the most part. The lobby is very nice. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Security is excellent. The rooms are more than adequate, although the shower curtain should fully extend to the floor. The only drawback is the location. Oh, it's not entirely bad, but my friends... More
