If you're looking for a nice, clean, quiet and relaxed QUALITY place to spend a night, DONT STAY HERE. When I read reviews and saw the photos of this place, I expected to walk into a pretty decent place. Honestly, the photos and reviews looked pretty good! I was shocked. I walked into the 'hotel' lobby area which is ridculously... More

I found the city of Cebu the most uninspiring, inconvenient and ugly place I’ve been in all Asia. Fortunately, this guesthouse was a true sanctuary to run to! It’s quite a walk from the center but since there is absolutely nothing to see or do there, this didn’t bother us at all. The place is really quiet and really clean!... More

We found this to be a solid decent value hotel. The linens were clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the AC worked well. It was located close to the ferry, so it was easy an access in the morning. We didn't find it cheap by Philippine standards, but based on our experiences in the country it was a reasonably priced... We have stayed here three times already and we have been accommodated very well. Richie is kind and responsive in our mail correspondence concerning our booking reservation along with other hotel staff being very hospitable and warm. The place is quiet and near to most of downtowns destinations; you just need to get a taxi to get there. The location... More

I used to live in cebu so I wanted accommodation close to everything and safe away from all the beggers and snatchers. We booked a deluxe room. This place topped it off for me with lower rates you get the most of everything, security guard, free wifi (good signal), spacious room, small table and chairs for eating, makeup table and... More

I stayed in Palazzo Pennsionne during the Yolanda typhoon attack, but having survived is not the only reason why I liked it. The hotel is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and make you feel like home. The only "but" was the food (only ok) and location, but after staying in one of the downtown hotels... More

First timer and stayed a total of 18 days this Jan2014 and not a single glitch - just smooth perfect. The staff are dedicated and hard working...from the front desk led my manang, the kitchen brigade and the maintenance (all around) boys + security guard - just outstanding. Hats off to you all. Richie - congratulation on your wonderful crew... More

Stayed for 3 nights at the tail end of our trip to the Philippines. Location is far from the airport, but our taxi driver knew how to find it as soon as we told him the name. Smiles greeted us upon check in and we were given a room in the new east wing of the building which is still... More
