Although we stayed at the palazzo one night, we were very impressed with the quality of the place. It was very clean, the rooms are big and inviting, and the service is good and helpful. There were 2 things that were less good. One, the shower water, which only got hot when you put it on the highest pressure- which... More

I stayed in three different rooms on the main floor during my time in Cebu. The toilet wasn't working in my first room (which is a negative), but I was immediately moved into a new room after the problem couldn't be resolved (which is a positive). I stayed in my third room on a separate trip. This hostel seemed to... More

Mold/mildew in the shower, very poor water pressure, pull your door shut as it will close but not fully by itself, electrical outlet hanging with exposed wires in the bathroom . Staff was good and the free breakfast was good...

The staff were rude to us upon checking in and when we asked about food options. When we asked about food options one of the front desk staff said in Visayan that she was "too busy for this" according to my wife. That is incredibly rude to say to guests. We booked this hotel for two nights before a trip... More

We stayed here for 5 nights at january 2015. Good things: Rooms were ok, clean and almost everything was working. Location was nice. The staff was nice and helpfull. They offered a free meal on new years eve, which included many kinds of philippian foods like pork lechon (a whole pork with apple in his mouth!!). Bad things: Internet did... More

We are budget travelers and wanted a cheaper but nice place to stay for three nights. This fit the bill. PROS: - The room was large and clean with excellent AC. - Shower was good sized with plenty of hot water. - The included breakfast was one of the best we've had in the region. The pancakes were great and... More

Well located. 20 min walk from downtown and 15 min walk from Ayala Center. It is a good place if you spend a day or two in Cebu city. Good breakfast, clean room, good wifi, fair price. We really enjoyed our stay there and we would recommend it with no hesitation !

Stayed here 2 nights, booked Agoda £15 for twin A/C with breakfast. We walked 20mins from Ferry Port here. Located in a quiet back street in Cebu it is near to most of the main attractions. Room was excellent, clean, WIFI, TV, AC and modern clean bathroom with hot shower. Breakfast (we had pancakes) was ENORMOUS and tasty. Only place... More

We were welcomed by friendly staff who gave us lots of helpful information. The room was clean, tidy and spacious but, we had to move after our first night because of very noisy early morning traffic. Thankfully, we only moved across the hallway and we were able to enjoy 2 good nights sleep. It is located down a side street... More
