To improve more on HRM trainin in the coffee shop/restaurant staff (3rd floor). Cant take orders at an instant. Always wrong orders (especially during breakfast inspite of repeated instructions). Bell boys were good mannered and has a smiling face. A hotel with privacy. So peaceful and secured yet parking space has no alternate route. more

My wife and i had our wedding reception here and it was fantastic, everything was planned perfectly, we booked a couple of rooms, ours and for family, nice, clean, breakfast ok, thanks to Miss Gigi for everything more

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March and found it to be not too bad for the low price paid. So many Philippine hotel rooms have a hard slab for a bed. However, at the Crowne Garden,the bed appeared to be new, and was very comfortable. Certainly comparable to what you would find in a UK/US hotel room. The... more

My favorite Hotel in all of Cebu. Great Value, Safe and centrally located. Cold A/C, hot shower, comfortable bed, cable TV, and refrigerator in the room. Nice and clean with friendly hotel staff. The hotel is pretty clean, I have seen 1 tiny gecko and 2 roaches in 4 weeks there. The hotel has safety deposit boxes available. Room service will come daily of course and they do a very nice job.
