Rooms are spacious and would say that you would get value for your money. Though there are still some room for improvements. Could use some hooks in the bathroom for hanging the towels. The water in the bathroom is taking too long before it'll get hot which would take so much time to finish your shower (this means a lot... More

Ok so i stayed during the Sinulog festival so know that pricesvare higher. However neither the hotel or the festival were worth £60.00 a night. The hotel is old - the tracel agent round the corner said it is one of the oldest in the area and you can tell. My biggest bug was the black out curtain it had... More

Rooms are spacious and staff very friendly. Breakfast is complete with different options from fruit to toast cereal and "heavier" plates like English breakfast. The rooftop pool is small but a good place to relax if no one 's there. Room service is ok for when you don't feel or can't go out.

Me and my boyfriend were visiting Philippines for the second time. We were travelling around the islands for almost 3 weeks. We were stuck in Cebu because our ferry was cancelled due to the Queenie typhoon. We needed to find a comfortable hotel to stay overnight in reasonable distance to the ferry terminal. After a research we decided to head... More

Rooms are old, plumbing leaks and is noisy, aircon rattles and WiFi is off and on. The free breakfast leaves alot to be desired. We stayed there 3 nights and I got sick from the food. After that I noticed they put butter out by the bread and toasters. The butter was not in small packaged pieces, it was in... More

Hotel is off the main road, hidden away. Very close to Ayala Mall. Front door staff are very helpful and speak English very well. We stayed here early June 2014, pool was being renovated, we were not advised of this and in fact the website does not outline this either - not a big deal, but something you should know.... More

Stayed here one night before heading forward. Good and quiet location and really friendly and nice staff, for example I did not had to pay deposit because I didn't have enough cash. Breakfast was good, both asian and western. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms nice.

Noisy (conferences, maintenance, dogs), laundry destroyed three shirts, old furniture and bed sheets, cockroaches in room, shower and toilets old and not working well, aircon noisy, wifi only works in lobby, fitness unequipped and closed, swimming pool very small and not cleaned, breakfast un-tasty and basic, nothing really at walking distance, poor business facilities, only the staff is smiling but...
