Summit Circle us accessible to everything! We were in town for a Bodybuilding competition and decided to get our own accommodations. This was our first provincial trip together and it was important that our stay in Cebu was going to be a memorable one! Thanks to Summit Circle, our October 2011 was a success! Great food and helpful staff!

A place to be if you arrive from a long flight or just out of the province. Close to restaurants, casino and malls so you dont need to walk far. Im actually impressed with the hotel and professional staff. Room is modern. Air conditioning works well. Pool and pool area is a nice place to be to cool off. Pool... More

I stayed here for 10 nights whilst volunteering to teach at a school nearby. I have to say that the staff (especially in the restaurant) were extremely friendly and treated us very well. The room was very large, comfortable, clean. An excellent location as there is a shopping mall, supermarket and restaurants underneath the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel... More

right at the heart of cebu city. rooms with nice view of the city are at the topmost floor- going here requires a short flight of stairs from elevator if you don't mind the exercise. love the smell of the soap, trivial, if you put it, but i like it that they make an effort to be different. restaurant where... On a prior vacation, stayed here when it was called the Cebu Midtown Hotel. A fine hotel that offered everything you needed. On other trips to Cebu, have opted for the Quest Hotel, a similar price range, but a location that only offered the Ayala Mall as a go-to in the town. Check-in, itself, was a nice surprise, Got in... We stayed here for 3 nights in a family room and everyone was very accommodating. It's located inside the mall, if you don't like the food from the hotel you can just go down to the food station downstairs. The only thing we didn't like is they never fix the problem with the shower, it was just TOO hot(supposedly hot... More

We stayed here during the Sinulog festival. Location is very good and you can view the parade from the car ramp going up to the fourth floor as it overlooks the road and is not in use due to all roads closed. The water in the shower was a bit weak, wireless is very bad and the signal goes in... More

Stayed here new years 2014/15. Nice rooms at a fair price. Staff is attentive and the cheesecake was awesome. Located in the centre of all the good restaurants and within walking distance of the night life. Robinson is downstairs with a big food court.
