I decided to stay at this hotel for 2 nights since my fiancee was coming to visit, at the same time, they were having a special promo on their superior rooms for only P1000 per night. Before I decided to book this hotel, I (as I always do) checked tripadvisor first for feedback on this hotel, I noticed quite a... More

We chose this hotel basically because of the cheap price compared with the other hotels in the area. It was a good thing we only booked there for a night since the hotel is quite old. It had its heydays which are long gone. The hotel does need refurbishing since it was quite dim in the lobby and the elevators... More

If I had read some of the reviews before staying at this hotel I probably would not have stayed here. As it turned out,I stayed there for 3 days while on vacation and encountered no problems. My room was large with a very large bathroom. I had no problems with the staff and found them to be professional, cordial and... More

I was going to say it is the worst but I see someone already wrote this. This a unique hotel. There is no management. This is no joke. They keep changing and in the end, there is no one to follow up on basic complaints. The front desk managed by a loser that has no business dealing with people or... More

I moved to this hotel from my regular hotel because of on-going construction at the time. Further, I thought I would treat myself and take on their 4,500/night room. HUGE MISTAKE!!!...At that price, I was expecting something comparable with the Marriott or the Marco Polo...Boy! Was I wrong. The room I got was huge...but that was as good as it... More

We had a few days stay there while attending a wedding there. it was quite strange as we were happy with the room and amenities, the food was good, but had problems with some of the staff, mainly being bar manager and the front porters. great value for the large size of room, comfy soft mattress, decent size bathroom, great... I had the opportunity to stay at the Golden Peak for three days and two nights for a conference. The hotel was not my personal choice since the host organizing committe was the one who booked us. I was surprised to note that in a quad sharing room, it only costs P1200 per night! Truly a bargain! But I was... More

In my 2 weeks of stay in this God-forsaken excuse for a hotel, I was transferred from one room to another a total of 5 times! The first room was okay but they had maintenance being done on the floor directly above me and so during the daytime all you hear is the sound of hammers pounding and drills drilling... More

While the hotel is old and a need of refurbishment, I found the staff very helpful in every way.The hotel maids who clean the room each day were so good ,We give them a gift of 1000 pesos each, the security guards give us excellent service if we need taxi.We had a junior suite 1116 ,we enjoyed our stay and felt... The lobby was ok and the staff were eager to help but there was something wrong, you could tell. The hotel smelled really bad and our room was worn out and tired. Breakfast was unpleasant all though free. The only good thing was that it was close to the Ayala Shopping Center with decent restaurants and Starbucks! I'd rather not... More
