I booked for a double economy accommodation and I was assigned to a room with a non-functioning washroom flush. Good thing that I found it out early. They transferred me to a better room immediately after I informed them. TV has only two clear channels. Seems that they hadn't paid their cable bill yet. I stayed only for a night... More

we only stayed one night, so it was ok. for longer i would not recommend it. the staff at the reception was very unfriendly and grumpy. the cleaning staff was friendly. the bathroom smelled not fresh, the sheets had several stains. overall the room was ok cleaned if your not fussy. the food was eatable (not good), but very cheap... We stayed here two nights. The hotel is OK, not much better, not much worse. The room was clean, and in general the place doesnt have anything too wrong with it. The front desk staff were pretty rude, but the cleaners and porters were very polite and friendly. They didn't tell us when we checked in that hot water was... More

I called and reserved a 650 peso room. The reservation was not kept, and I could only get the 740 peso room. Dark, tired and gloomy room. I stopped by the front desk a couple of times to ask for directions to local places, and the girl working there just had a nasty attitude about any question. Cleaning staff starts... More

The hotel is a bit aged, and various renovations can't hide that...however, room rates are low, rooms are spacious...we had a family room for just under a 1.000 p, one double and 2 single beds, a good deal! A few cracks in the wall were a reminder of the recent eartquake according to the guy who showed us up Wifi... More

We stayed there for 4 nights for an important event. We found cockroaches on the floor and the dirt particles are on the walls and on the bed, a sign that the room is not well-maintained and cleaned. Every night, the renovation downstairs is scheduled until 11pm causing us not to sleep and rest early because of the noise done... More

Stayed here for one night, a sunday night in room 309. Noise from a band playing somewhere downstairs from about 7.30 pm until 3.30 am, so not too much sleep that night.... And I found a bedbug on the bed, and I know what a bedbug looks like! The room, including the bathroom really look tired and in need of... More
