Place is very cheap we stayed 1 night and rented the family room good for 5 people. 1 comfort room and 1 shower room with hot and cold shower. Beds are like the ones in hospital wards but for a short stay it was okay. If you are staying in the 5th floor it is very inconvenient because you have... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and paid 6K. I don't know if that is the regular price or probably because it it Sinulog. My thoughts here are purely based on what I was told by the receptionist-manager-I am not sure of her position and on my own observations. While the receptionist-manager-I am not sure of her position... More

We stayed here for 3 days during the Sinolog Festival 2015 and made our reservations in person several weeks before the festival. The price was jacked up almost double. "Festival prices" they told us. The reception staff was borderline rude..The room on the 8th floor was small but ok and the comfort room was extremely small. Only one outlet in... More

By night, Cebu quagmire is next door to GV Towers Hotel. But the good thing is: As soon as the elevator doors close you successfully escaped. The hotel concept is easy to grasp: clean, spotless rooms at affordable prices. Promise delivered: Good value for money with great views from upper floors (16th floor is highest). Very enjoyable and recommended. In-room... More

We stayed in the GV Hotel, Talisay Cebu for 8 days. There are about 5 floors and no elevator to walking up the stairs is a slight disadvantage but we stayed on the second floor and didn't really notice it. The price was 850 pesos a night for their best room which is excellent. Hot shower and queen size bed... More

Needed somewhere to sleep one night en route further south and picked this from a booking website. Despite booking online and paying it took the receptionist over 10mins to sort the documentation out for check in. The decor is dark and dated, and some parts of the building could do with a good clean. The reception seemed not only inefficient... More

First of all, kudos to the guards. Their service have been consistent since I first stay stayed there when it was new. Location is great--heart of the city--near malls, banks, government offices and easy to commute (Jeepneys or taxis), especially when you need to go to the airport for an early morning flight. Afffordable and convenient but it is getting... More

I had an odd experience at this place. I'd stayed there before and had acceptable service. But I recently stayed for two days and when I checked in I did notice that one of the pillow cases was of an inferior quality and quite thin. I didn't give it much thought until I was packing to leave. When I leave... More

Good location, and nice view of the city. I had a room on the 16th floor. Wifi only available in the lobby, fluctuating signal, but enough to check email and basic browsing. Chose to have a standard room for 929, opposite side of the hotel, away from the main road. Can get a budget room for 700 on the main... More
