Upon checking in to the hotel after booking with Agoda few weeks earlier, we found ourselves in a junior suite room...quite spacious....but after one hour inside we notice that the aircondition unit was not working properly. The attention of the front desk was called and a mechanic/ handyman checked and suggest we be transferred. What was done was the nearby... More

Nice surprise for a reasonably priced decent hotel, 3 minutes walk to the Ayala Shopping Center (Metro department store entrance side). The room was clean, nice bedding, quiet, t.v. cable channels... the breakfast buffet was good, most would be satisfied with it. Only concern was wifi not working inside the room. The wifi worked fine and fast in the lobby,... More

I just completed a week's stay at this hotel. The service and location of this hotel is great. They have an outstanding manager (a lady name Kathy) and she has trained her staff to provide "old fashion" service. The staff greets the guest throughout the hotel. The location is good. It is next to Ayala Mall and you do not... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to do the shopping in Ayala. It is only short walk so no need for taxi. The rooms are big and we stayed in the junior suite. The staff are very professional city like but always smiling. We will stay here again next time we visit the Philippinen.

Pros - Convenient location-- walking distance to Ayala Mall. Lobby looks beautiful with the old Venetian style. Large size rooms. Free breakfast Cons-unfriendly front desk employees and the room has awful smells. It's almost an old moldy smell. I complained after 10 minutes as I could breathe and the smell gave head ache. The front desk offered us to check... More

- Hotel pick up charge was steep (5x more than a metered tax), not sure if due to the time we arrived @4am. - early check in was given with a cost  - all staff were polite & warm & helpful - location was a stone's throw away from Metro/Ayala mall - breakfast was ok - room was clean but... More

Stayed here early December 2014 was only going to stop for a night but due to typhoon coming in and all shipping stopped could not carry on to Dumaguete via land trip and hop over to Negros. so we ended up here for 5 days which was not a problem for the hotel as vice versa no one could get... I stayed here for 2 nights during the Sinulog Festival. The hotel is pretty accessible to malls and good restaurants, which is important because a lot of the roads were closed then so it's pretty helpful if you can walk nearby when you're feeling hungry or something. The room window was facing a balcony where guests can hang out, which... More

The hotel is strategically located near Ayala Center Cebu, about 5-10mins walk. It is quite hard to get taxis though from the hotel. The room that we had is okay to above average for its 2-3 star level. Nothing really special but since we had a huge corporate discount, I must say that for the price that we paid, it... More

I wish I had a nicer review to report, considering I booked here on the reviews on TripAdvisor alone. But this hotel was inconsistent in its efforts. We arrived on a rainy day, and both my Dad and my 3 year old son slipped over at the entrance on two separate occasions because of the slippery flooring. While they were... More
