Stayed here for 5 nights in April 2015. The location is good. About 10 minutes to both huge malls, SM and Ayala. It is about a 30 minute travel from the International Airport. Public transportation is available and cheap. The room was big enough. Had a king bed which was a pleasant surprise as had always been given twin beds... More

We stayed in this hotel after flying from Australia via Manila and arrived after 10 at night. We were well attended to by reception and check in was good, room was basically new and had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately our late arrival meant that the hotel restaurant was closed so had to walk up... More

We stayed 2 nights and then returned after island hopping for 1 night before flying to KL. The first night was disastrous, a 'working lady' arriving noisily at 3am to visit the room next door. What happened next kept us awake for a couple of hours and made me feel very inadequate. That was until reception told me there were... More

Great Location : located at Mabolo, equidistant from SM Cebu and Ayala center by less than a kilometer, this hotel's unique selling point is it's location to the significant attractions of cebu city. Situated in a residential district, quiet evenings are a given. Newly opened in 2014: just recently opened, the facilities are new. The industrial look is evident from... More

There are now two different branches of the Cebu R Hotel, but for some reason only one of them is listed here. I stayed at the Capitol branch in the heart of Uptown Cebu City on 3 different occasions, as I was using the city as a home base to visit Bohol, Negros, and Bantayan Island. And at 950 pesos... I missed my flight and had to rebook it for another day so I searched for a bufget friendly accomodation and the cab driver suggested Cebu R Hotel. The standard room was 950 php but upon checking in I was upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Breakfast was free. A decent hotel with hot shower, cable, wifi and... More

Everything is about this hotel is very average except for the staff, who are very friendly and try to be very helpful, even though they often fall short of actually being helpful. Location, is average, a short walk from most places in uptown. Breakfast was Ok - nothing great, but acceptable Hotel was fine for a budget hotel Room was... More

Booked the superior room on the second floor for 3 days intending to recover in a nice place from jet lag from North America. The good: staff were friendly, place was clean. The bad:Internet wifi as described and paid for was 95% non functional. Could not book flights, get a webpage, or email as it was so slow. Even the... More

When my Mom and Dad visited me early January 2015, we stayed in Cebu R Hotel Mabolo --- the newest in the district. I fondly try the newest around me. The ferry from our hometown, Dapitan City, arrived around 6AM. We went to the hotel right away. We were assisted by April at the reception. She's sweet and accommodating. The... More
