It is wonderful to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff when you're travelling solo in a foreign land. Rooms are spacious and clean, made up daily and you get unlimited drinking water. A/C in Room 202 was noisy when set to 'cool', but nothing that wasn't bearable. Near to several good eating spots - Bucket Shrimps, barbeque meats, Choobi... More

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. They allow early check-in when room is available. Free water and wifi and complimentary snacks upon check in. They have few rooms though and oftentimes they are fully booked when I want to book a room.

The hotel was good. We had an evening flight from Manila to Cebu and it was nice to arrive in a clean hotel. The check in was quick and the reception offered free cheese roll and biscocho. The room size was good enough and the bathroom was clean with amenities. There were several cable channels to choose from as well.... More

Good location. Near Fuente Osmena where you can dine nearby restaurants and the awesome Larsian Barbeque place. The hotel is clean as long as you do your part in maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Value for money in the sense that you pay what you get no more no less.

Boyfriend and I get to spend the Valentines in Cebu and we have stayed at Gran Tierra for 3 days and 3 nights. Paid 220 for a one way trip from Mactan Airport to Gran Tierra. I love the place, the ambience, the free cheese roll bu Cardinal, the bed was big enough for two, the TV has plenty of... More

The location is good, walking distance to fuente. Their are nice restaurants nearby a block from the hotel are nice restaurants like bucket of shrimps, stk, etc But if you want to commute by bus or jeep,it's quite far from the highway esp if its very hot. But if by taxi the hotel staff will help you get one. The room is... More

The place's nice with very affordable rate. The complimentary ensyamada and cheese roll were also a hit. Staffs were very accomodating. The guard will also help to flag down taxis. Very close to capitol and other tourist attractions.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fast wifi and very affordable. This really deserves to be on the top list if visiting Cebu and wanted a good deal. And hey, they serve super fluffy and yummy complimentary bread!!! I dont think other suites nearby do the same.

I didn't want to be rude in making this review. But the receptionist (the one who wears eyeglasses all the time) in this suites was just getting into my nerves. Since from the moment I asked her thru text if it would it b ok if I would check in later than the regular check in time, I could already... More

Nice and clean hotel. The guards assisted us immediately upon arrival. Complimentary yummy bread with yema and cheese fillings were given upon check-in. Some requests like hair dryer and scissors were granted. Location is really good. Aircon is very cold but we may have put it in the maximum temperature for days and that's why by the end of second...
