I stayed here for a week with a friend of mine. Especially, we were surprised at kindness of memmbers of Hotel Pier Cuatro. They were so kind and friendly. At front of the hotel, there was a sign of motto "be honest". This hotel's staffs were really like that. We could not speak English well, however they helped us. We... More

Hotel Pier Cuatro is a budget accommodation in Cebu. I like its location as it is just a walking distance to Pier Cuatro where you can take a ferry to Bohol. I also like their buffet Filipino breakfast. The wifi is also good in the room. It's quite fast and reliable. A good value for money!

This place may not be ultimate hotel but it definitely is a great place to stay when you're in transit in Cebu. Rooms are clean and pretty comfortable even though ours did not have a window. WiFi is provided in the rooms and the breakfast buffet is more than decent. As usual in the Philippines, the staff is very friendly... More

Stayed at this hotel for a week and it is basically pretty much close to SM by taxi. The staff are very nice and polite. The toilets are clean and giving that it is a budget hotel. Free breakfast and the food is nice. A budget hotel that is clean and tidy. Although rooms abit cramped

Definitely budget... in all ways. Staff was very nice, though. Service was acceptable. Location is good. Beds are typical, linens are acceptable. Had room facing the street - no noise problem from traffic or disco acrosss street. Water pressure not great on 4th floor, but the shower did work and had hot water. B'fast buffet is decent. Is mostly Filipino,... More

Had stayed here for a night to catch a short needed sleep before travelling again the next day. Arrived past midnight and was very tired.. but the exceptionally gracious and helpful staffs (from the guard, room boy, ladies in the reception, and even the staffs from the restobar) are there 24/7 ready to assist you. Check-in was fast and was... More

Been to this hotel twice and i was never disappointed with the services. For 1200, guests are treated with buffet breakfast (variety of food to choose from), good wifi connection in the room (which is a plus for this social media generation), comfy and clean rooms, and friendly staff. The restobar has a great map showing the places to visit... More

TLDR: All in all, I liked the place. For 1200 P per night, I can’t complain about much. If keeping to a budget and being near SM City and right across the street from a strip club / girlie bar is important, then look no further. After leaving here, I went to the Fuente Pension Hotel (review will be posted... More

Really happy with my three nights here. The staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Certainly not a holiday spot but good as a very affordable business trip or stopover hotel. Taxi to Ayala takes 10-15 minutes.
