Went into Gran Prix since other hotels were full. Were offered "family suite" - and since tired and worn out did not look at it first. Big Mistake! Bathroom was a furnace, stuffy and full of mold. Towels had stains. In main room (VERY spartan) cockroaches came out of the walls. Moved out after one bight even having paid for... More

Even if there isn't any ventilation and the aircon sucks, the staff was helpful when we stayed for two nights, They never cleaned the room. We stayed here for two nights on mobile deal with free breakfast. My flight back to Manila was early and their breakfast was always scheduled at 7am so I missed the second breakfast. Over-all, it's... More

When we came, the closet was very dusty, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was already halfway consumed. I wasn't able to sleep well because its rooms are not sound proof- you will hear footsteps and chatters outside the room. They don't have duvets, and their blanket is very thin - smells like hospital blanket. The aircon on top... More

Okay, I booked this way in advance in May and was looking forward to my stay. I stayed there before and liked the central location of it. Well there was the earth quake and tried to contact Gran Prix and Agoda who booked my hotel, no response. So one of our friends went there before us and told us that... More

My family and friends enjoyed our stay here while we were in Cebu last year. The rooms were small but very clean and cozy. The bathroom was quite big. It is a very basic hotel but you will have a peaceful sleep because of the clean and cold room. The sheets were also commendable. The location was great and I... More

The staff are friendly but you get overwhelmed by the inefficiency of their system. Not the staff's fault but of manangement. They did not receive my booking online. When i emailed them confirmation letter, the staff realized that my reservation was printed and not found on their system online. The room was clean but it's ultra small. I'd say it's... More

We were skeptical about it as the locations of this hotel chain in manila are in the bus stops or not really good ones. But this! Is the best location in Cebu. All public transpo passes thrh here. Room is not spacious- bed, desk, and thats it. Ideal for one night stay or if you are out the whole day.... More

Would only really recommend for a quick overnight stay on the way elsewhere. Room very small/compact, no windows. While no street noise, the TERRIBLE internal soundproofing caused every slamming door, conversation in hallway/neighbouring rooms, footsteps and noisy air-con etc to contribute to the lack of sleep. However free Wifi in lobby, clean linen and small limited choice local breakfast included.... More

After bohol we went to cebu to have a day tour and overnight stay as well. The room was quite small but still ok for 4 persons. clean and the staffs were friendly. You can request to serve the breakfast in the room. The hotel is near the robinsons mall and regency hotel if you plan to try the skywalk,etc.... More
