the rooms are clean and small. but for the money they are a bargain and anyways are you going to stay in your room or visit the City.. You get free breakfast with your stay and WiFi in the lobby and the staff are very friendly.. I will stay again for the bargain. Remember you get what you pay for..

I was in this facility during the Sinulog Festival. Mango bars and malls are just a walking distance away. The breakfast included is composed of one small local hot dog, and egg and a cup of rice plus coffee. Might as well eat your breakfast in nearby Jolibee which I did on both mornings that I was there. The room... More

Hotel is well located when thinking about shoppings and clubbings but at the sinulog time really so noicy and surrouding streets growded. Front of the hotel were a spa and loud monotonic music all day along so sleeping was really not so deep at all. Breakfast was cpmplimentary what was great to budget room price. My deluxe room was really... More

It lives up to its name as a pension house. It has a simple lobby and the receptionist is friendly. The hallway is dark and the place really looks old. Its location is good since you're in the city center. Room shows sign of ageing and it really needs some refurbishing or repairs. But pretty much the place is still... More

Location is good as it is surrounded by restaurants, near a mini mall, accessible to transport, ATM, church and hospitals. The room we got was room 409. I liked it as it was spacious for triple sharing. We had windows that peek one from the front side and another at the back. It has a TV, refrigerator and coffee table.... More

The lobby of this place is modest but presentable. It has a souvenir shop on the side and the cafe is at the back. The elevator is on the left side. The elevator is small, good for 8 persons as the sign says, and built by Otis. Upon arriving at the third floor, the hallways are inadequately lit. There are... More

The room was very small. Most of the walls were painted white but they really needed a new coating; looked like dirty hand prints everywhere. The bed had a 6 inch foam mattress that was very actually comfortable. The handles on the shower to control the hot and cold water were worn out. You had to hold them sideways to... More

Spent one night here before we left Cebu for home. Hotel dated, but the room was clean tidy and comfortable. The room we had was nearer the top of the building and had a balcony with a nice table and chair set - with views over toward Mango Ave & Robinsons Mall area. The Bathroom was large and modern. Found... More
