I stayed with this hotel for two nights, December, 2014 last on a business trip. From check-in till check-out, service of this hotel is excellent. The room not only that the rate was very reasonable, it was spacious, clean and elegantly furnished; including the bathroom. The food was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offers a good... More

Stayed one night for business- the second time. The check in service was better than previous visit but I think it can still be improved. My main gripe is with the room. The decor is a bit old fashioned but that doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is:- 1) I don't think there is double glazing-heard lot of traffic... More

On arriving for a three day stay we found out that the pool was closed for maintenance for 5 days, with no mention on their website or Agodos. I asked to cancel our stay but was refused a refund. After posting my disappointment on social media and intervention from Philippino friends we were offered to be driven to a nearby Hotel... More

Stayed at this hotel,30,1,15, till 3rd ,2, 15. Having stayed a the Mandarin, across the road , so gave Park Lane a try, nice hotel, friendly staff. I must say they the bed and room was not quite as good as the Mandarin, but this was made up for by superior breakfast, far much choice, plus eggs cooked how you... More

I stayed in room 1215 *****The Bad****** I got a P2400 per night special so for the price, it was value for money. This was through agoda but I didn't get what Agoda promised. The agoda deal was for a queen sized bed in a 25 square metre room. Looking at this website, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_size every country agrees that a queen... More

It is a fine hotel with a friendly staff but the rooms and especially the bathrooms have seen better days. It's located a short walking distance from Ayala Mall. The internet in the rooms is very slow and keeps logging off. I will stay at another place the next time I'm in Cebu and spend a little more for a... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night during a business trip. The hotel has a good location and is pretty close to Ayala mall. Surprisingly the traffic in Cebu has increased compared to my previous trip a few years ago. The service of the hotel is good with all the staff being friendly and ready to help with... More

Alya mall is all you need they have about everything a traveler would want. Outside of the taxi's both in cebu and manilla have no idea where anything is ...these people are lost. GPS on your...
