I arrived at this hotel at about 2100 at night after a 35 - 40 minute cheap taxi ride from Mactan International Airport and was informed that due to a Philippine Department of Health conference, the hotel was booked out and I had been upgraded to a slightly larger deluxe room. The bad news was that it was a smoking... More

Clean hotel and service-oriented staff. You're getting what you're paying for. Clean towels changed everyday, sheets, floor, fixtures, TV functioning with cable, airconditioner, complete necessity kit readied in the bathroom. Housekeeping everyday or as you wish. Buffet at Manuel's resto is also a plus with a wide variety of dishes. Definitely worth your money.

My friend's cp charger (placed on table in our room) went missing. We searched everywhere even inside her bag. After exerting all efforts of looking that night, we reported the incident. Going back to our room after our breakfast the following day, we were surprised to find the missing cp charger inside her cosmetic kit placed inside her bag.... It's... More

Excellent place to stay. Top notch staff who are very customer-centric oriented. They aim to please their guest at all cost. I had so many extra-ordinary requests which were all fulfilled. Amazing people working there from top to bottom.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Ayala Mall. We just have to cross a major road though, not that advisable for families with smaller kids. Getting a taxi to Ayala is safer and would cost just 50 pesos. The guards are efficient in getting us taxis. I found it nice that they are always ready to help.... More

One thing very distinctive in this hotel is the artistic design that it has placed in its lobby and walls. I just love the wall art, not only in the lobby, but in every floor of the building! There are mini-sculptures scattered around and a diorama depicts the historical sites of Cebu. The artistic design gives a soothing ambience to... More

Had a 5 day stay this April. The hotel offered a Bed and Breakfast plan which was wonderful for $67 a night(3000 pesos); Breakfast choices excellent and delivered at the time you request. On my final day I had to checkout at 4:30am so they prepared a packaged breakfast to take along with me. Nice staff, facilities and room. Nice location... More
