Lobby area is very nice. Breakfast good nice buffet but not for what we paid for for extra on the room. Rooms were big and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Pillows was not to my liking seemed old a little flat. Carpet was not clean. They looked dirty. When we turned on Air conditioning had a moldy smell. Nice TV lots... More

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Ayala Mall. We just have to cross a major road though, not that advisable for families with smaller kids. Getting a taxi to Ayala is safer and would cost just 50 pesos. The guards are efficient in getting us taxis. I found it nice that they are always ready to help.... More

One thing very distinctive in this hotel is the artistic design that it has placed in its lobby and walls. I just love the wall art, not only in the lobby, but in every floor of the building! There are mini-sculptures scattered around and a diorama depicts the historical sites of Cebu. The artistic design gives a soothing ambience to... More

Had a 5 day stay this April. The hotel offered a Bed and Breakfast plan which was wonderful for $67 a night(3000 pesos); Breakfast choices excellent and delivered at the time you request. On my final day I had to checkout at 4:30am so they prepared a packaged breakfast to take along with me. Nice staff, facilities and room. Nice location... More

I stayed here on 9 February 2015 to attend a meeting in Ayala Business Park. I never expected that I can stay in this hotel knowing it is near Ayala Business Park because of our budget. But I was surprised and amazed because they hotel was really nice and affordable. The room was big enough for me and the internet... More

I stayed with this hotel for two nights, December, 2014 last on a business trip. From check-in till check-out, service of this hotel is excellent. The room not only that the rate was very reasonable, it was spacious, clean and elegantly furnished; including the bathroom. The food was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offers a good... More

Stayed one night for business- the second time. The check in service was better than previous visit but I think it can still be improved. My main gripe is with the room. The decor is a bit old fashioned but that doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is:- 1) I don't think there is double glazing-heard lot of traffic... More

On arriving for a three day stay we found out that the pool was closed for maintenance for 5 days, with no mention on their website or Agodos. I asked to cancel our stay but was refused a refund. After posting my disappointment on social media and intervention from Philippino friends we were offered to be driven to a nearby Hotel... More
