Park lane is located just 5 mins walk to the local mall which is very convenient since we travel with 2 babies. Since we always need something to buy either in a supermarket or pharmacy. Even though its pretty far to walk to the red district area, but of course taxi will always be available in just one step away.... More

We stayed at PArklane hotel jan 16 to 20 2015. We have stayed there before, and pleased. However the room they gave us this trip was disgusting. The carpet was almost black, stained . In addition we reserved a king bed in October , but we're forced to a double. I would challenge PArklane General manager to have his/her family... More

We've stayed here last year and was impressed with everything. This time the hotel was just mediocre. The rooms are big enough and they gave us two beds. The TV is a big flat screen but about 60% of the channels through Sky cable were not subscribed to; including Fox News. We stayed on the 12th Floor facing Ayala Mall,... More

Boats to Bohol were cancelled due to big wave. We were stucked in Cebu. Around 5pm, We booked this hotel at the pier. It is mainly because we would only stay in the hotel for less than 12 hours, we did not want to spend too much booking a resort without the chance to use the facilites. Room: - Clean.... More

My wife and i booked a month in advance via Agoda, for a deluxe room (King bed, non smoking, free breakfast). When we arrived, Rochelle (Front desk staff) informed us that they were busy and thus 'upgraded' to a larger room (1618) on the smoking floor which had been recently converted to non smoking. Faced with this or nothing, we... More

Parklane is my favorite hotel whenever I am in Cebu. It is very close to Ayala mall, has decent buffet breakfast and also close to mom and pop shops. But the hotel is getting old. Pillows feel cheap and bathroom fixtures have deteriorated. Bathtub already leaking. Good news Staff are friendly.

This is my favorite hotel in the country. It is cheap, but it provides great service and is very comfortable. When I checked in, they place was booked solid for the night, and I was asked if I could take two single beds. I said I prefer a queen, so after some discussion, I was upgraded to a beautiful king... I have stayed at the Parklane many times since 2011. Generally, it's a good hotel, although the decor is tired and the bathrooms really need a good refit. In December 2014 I had 2 separate stays booked - a one night stay on a Monday, then a 2 night stay for Thursday and Friday later that same week. The room... More

Good Location, Near Ayala Mall. Stayed in a room for two, overnight. The room smelled ok, the floor's carpeted. Stayed on the 8th floor. Bed is somewhat on the hard side. Courteous staff. Breakfast was good. They served fresh mangoes with sticky rice, the best I've tasted so far. Check out was a bit longer than I expected coz they... More
