I arrived in the hotel around 10pm for an overnight stay. Check in was fast. However, no one in the counter told me that I have to insert my card in the slot to access the sixth floor. Took time to figure it out. No one also informed me that the hotel uses only one remote for both tv and... More

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in the Philippines in 7 years. Unfortunately I have stayed here a few times with work and it has not improved in 7 years. The internet is too slow to even read a newspaper. The food is disgusting. I never had a meal served hot or warm in... More

Everything in this hotel was up to standard. Staff, rooms, restaurant all that you could expect from a 3 to 4star hotel. I am not a gambler so I didn't visit the casino. The hotel advertises children under 12 stay free and I booked my 2 sister - in -laws with 2 children in a double room with breakfast but... More

Recommendable hotel to stay in Davao. It has several amenities like a gym, sauna, pool and even has a casino! You can hang out at their lounge with live music. We were able to enjoy their sauna while the room we checked in was quite large, complete with ref and has wifi with good signal. Opted room service for breakfast... More

It was my fifth visit to the beautiful city of Davao. Davao has been progressing fast through each time I go to this diverse place. I attended a national convention of our organization. Delegates were billeted at the Grand Regal Davao. So I don't have any choice but to avail of a room there despite other better options like the... More

I was touring the Philippines so was traveling to various areas, was told Davao city was a place to visit, but tourist beware, they had problems and lots of armed Police everywhere, which made you feel like you were protected? This is the premier hotel in Davao. Again the game of hotel rates and rooms. I was finally shown a... More

Firstly, my room smelled 'musty' or amaguin as we say in Tagalog. I had to open my windows the whole day for the smell to be tolerable. Also, the linens are so old and frayed and has morphed to color light yellow due to aging. I stayed here around May 2014 because this was the venue of our conference. Food... More

The place looks cheap. Buffet breakfast is not to be bragged about but food is tasty. Price of beer is too steep but there is a nearby store selling cold beer. Ask the hotel staff for the direction where to find the store.
